Teacher Tube Videos

The students who created "Christianity Project" didn't follow copyright laws well because they have a song playing in the background that they didn't site. They also used a lot of images that they didn't site.

The student who made "Ho Ho Homer" did a little bit better because she sited the song she used the tune for for her song about Homer. However, she didn't site any of the images she used either.

Google Reader Resources

Google reader is going to be such a cool thing to use. I subscribed to the NCTE as well as sites that I think will be helpful for teaching Shakespeare, poetry, and writing.

Gadgets and Such

I added a picture of me in England and a list of my favorite books that I will add to as I think of more.

Technology and Me

Let's just say that I don't get along with technology very well, but I would like to. Most of the time when I hear about a new technology I think, "so what" until I learn how it can be a means of furthering some worthy task. In other words, technology does not fascinate me as an end unto itself, but it does interest me as a tool. I would like to embark on a study of technology to learn how it can help me in my career as well as in life's multiple undertakings. I am excited for the journey.
